It's time to do our due diligence! Inspections are crucial to ensure that you eliminate any surprises later down the road.

We create a wishlist to keep us organized, efficient, and ensure you prioritize your must-haves while staying flexible on the nice-to-haves.

Once we’re under contract, I’ll help you navigate the inspection process by communicating with the buyer’s agent and negotiating any repairs or credits that might come up. My goal is to make this step smooth and stress-free for you.
